For the next season 2027, we are looking for a Commis de Rang to join our team Splendido

The ideal candidate is open to new challenges and ready to constantly develop yourself further. He / she is willing to support the team to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, curiosity and community.

He/She will reports a Restaurant Manager

Main duties & responsibilities:
- Fulfil the operations of the Food & Beverage on La Terrazza Restaurant - according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures;
- Take care of the mise en place;
- Support the Chef de Rang with service;




- Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service;
- Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service.
- Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs.

Requirements
- Effective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally);
- Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them.
- Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions;
- Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player e Share information and skills and actively seek and provide feedback;
- Fluent in Italian and basic level of English;
- Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred;
- Previous professional experience in a similar role, also wit
