Job Description Summary

Due to ongoing growth, we are exploring the addition of a Sourcing Leader to support our expanding needs, with the role potentially based in one of several European locations across Europe.

The role is to negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.

Job Description

Locations: Italy, Poland, Hungary, Czech with the possibility of relocation to a number of European sites.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Define supplier strategy including management and optimisation of supplier panels. Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers. Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement. Manage claims. Includes commercial sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support, etc.



This may also include purchasing activities.
- Senior professional with direct reports and 2nd line reports. Has ability to attract and retain talent. Manages medium to large teams. Developing expertise within function. Growing reputation within the organization. Includes roles that are experts in their discipline, providing professional or thought leadership. Influences policy and ensures delivery within own function, linking with other functions of the organization.
- Ability to lead functional teams or projects with moderate to high resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Presents business solutions to leaders in functional area. Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view.
