What You'll Do
- Support the Customer Care team in assisting Lexroom's customers across chat, email, and calls.
- Learn day by day: shadow experienced colleagues, get to know our product and processes, and gradually handle simple requests with the team's guidance.
- Bring curiosity and energy to the team: ask questions, share what you learn, and contribute ideas to improve how we support our customers.
What You'll Bring
