Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Business Development Manager, Flexographic Solutions, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Driving growth of the Flexographic Printing Tape portfolio through direct sales coverage in Italy
- Developing strong relationships with end users, converters, printers, prepress houses,



channel partners, and other key stakeholders in the Italian market
- Leading strategic growth business programs with assigned global OEMs and key accounts
- Translating business unit strategy into territory and account plans, clearly articulating the flexo tapes value proposition
- Partnering with channel teams and working cross-functionally with marketing, technical service, pricing, and supply chain to accelerate growth
- Meeting or exceeding designated sales targets in Italy and supporting growth across assigned EMEA accounts
- Providing market, customer, and competitive insights to commercial and portfolio leadership
- Managing an effective opportunity pipeline and conducting regular business reviews for priority customers and opportunities
