Sales Line, headhunting company, is selecting a Business Development Manager – Italy & Europe for an international industrial technology group operating in the process industries. Who are we? Sales Line: we are a headhunting company operating in Italy & Europe for over 140 SMEs and multinational companies. Who are we hiring for? Our client is an international industrial technology group providing engineered equipment and solutions for process industries, with a strong presence in Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Water Treatment markets.
Who are we looking for? We are looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for developing new business for mixing and industrial sealing technologies , primarily in Italy and across selected European markets. The mission is to generate new leads, acquire new customers and manage the full sales cycle , working closely with international technical and commercial teams. Must have?
At least 5 years of experience in Technical Sales or Business Development within industrial B2 B markets,



with a proven hunter approach and strong technical aptitude; Fluent English. Want to know more?

Ideal candidate
Technical or business education; 5+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Business Development or industrial B2 B sales ; Experience in process industries . Previous experience with mixers, sealing systems or rotating equipment is a plus; Proven abilit
