We're looking for an experienced Account Executive based in Italy who knows how to win complex, enterprise-level new business and engage senior decision-makers.
This is a hunter role, you'll have genuine ownership of identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships and closing new-name accounts across the Italian market.
What you'll be doing
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities
- Build relationships with C-level and senior supply chain stakeholders
- Develop account strategies and create qualified pipeline
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Sell through business value and ROI rather than simply product features
- Work closely with senior leadership and internal teams to build compelling propositions




- Develop strategic relationships with both direct customers and partners
- Travel across the region as required

You'll ideally have:
- 8+ years' experience selling strategic, enterprise-level solutions such as SCM, ERP, BI or similar SaaS/software
- A proven track record of winning new-name enterprise accounts
- Experience selling into manufacturing-oriented industries such as High Tech, Electronics, Industrial, Pharmaceutical or Automotive
- The ability to sell to multiple stakeholders across Operations, Manufacturing, Demand, Finance and IT
- Experience engaging and influencing executive-level decision makers
- A consultative, value-led sales approach and the ability to build a compelling business case
- Experience managing complex sales cycles across European markets
