Our Central Europe People & Culture team supports approximately 4,000 colleagues across 13 countries. We are strengthening our regional Talent Management capability to translate global priorities into consistent, locally relevant action and support the continued growth of our people and organisation.
The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Regional Talent Development Lead to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head of Learning & Development, Central Europe, you will help shape and execute the Talent Management agenda across a region of 13 countries.
You will work closely with regional HR teams, business and People Leaders, local L&D; leads and Global Centers of Excellence to ensure that global talent strategies,
programmes and processes are implemented effectively and consistently across Central Europe. Your mission is to translate global Talent Management priorities into impactful, scalable and locally relevant action across the region.
The planned start date for this role is January 2027, and an earlier start will not be possible.
