Responsibilities Revenue Partnership
Establish and manage client relationships with media agencies
Develop and execute a customer-led growth strategy
Respond to inbound RFPs, proactively develop custom ideas, and deliver up-sell and always on opportunities for your clients
Bid optimisation, budget management / pacing management
Build a pipeline of revenue
Retain and grow revenue from advertisers
Provide clients with the highest level of sales and customer service
Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal and engineering
Campaign Planning and Management
Carry out health checks on campaigns to ensure they are set up and running as per best practice and optimised to meet or exceed pre-agreed benchmarks and targets
Facilitate clients' ad campaigns from start to finish
Manage internal account operations including account set up etc.
Conduct live platform demonstrations




Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customised for clients' business and problems
Product Management
Brainstorm, identify and implement advertising solutions on TikTok to deliver measurable results for clients
Serve as an external TikTok product consultant
Analyse data and glean insights to execute the client strategy and TikTok's marketing solutions
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Experience in digital media sales, ad tech, or programmatic advertising, with experience specifically managing holding company relationships.
Proven track record of navigating, presenting to, and influencing C-level executives (e.g. Investment Officers, Heads of Digital, Agency CEOs).
Experience managing a multi-million dollar book of business and a history of successfully negotiating complex Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and trading agreements.
Subject matter expertise in the full digital funnel—specifically auction/biddabl
