Armani Hotel Milano , situato nel Quadrilatero della Moda, è la seconda collaborazione tra Giorgio Armani S.p.a. ed Emaar Properties PJSC. mentre all’ultimo piano Armani/SPA si estende su una superficie di 1.000 mq con piscina relax e palestra.
Posizione:
- Learn to handle guests’ requests in an appropriate manner
- Assist with the update of reservations and send confirmation letters
- Assist colleagues in answering clients and/or travel agents’ emails
- Answer phone calls in an efficient and friendly manner
- Accepts and delivers wake‑up calls, messages and facsimiles in a timely manner
- Assist colleague in running daily reports for department

Requisiti:
- Proficiency in English and Italian – Third language would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong technical skills including typing, Excel and Word
- Detail oriented, positive

Applicants must hold legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.
