Within that, our design practice works with premium DTC and ecommerce brands doing $50M to $500M+ in revenue: brands with strong products and strong followings that are still leaving growth on the table. We are not a “make it pretty” agency, and we are not another CRO shop running button tests. We combine deep behavioral insight with quantitative truth, then ship exceptional work fast, and we are building the AI-native systems that let us do it at a pace and scale traditional design teams cannot match.

This role reports to the VP of Design and works within the design roadmap they set.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end execution of high-conversion experiences, full customer journey redesigns, and high-performance growth creative, scoped by the design roadmap and delivered in close collaboration with the VP of Design
- The WON design standard: clean, premium, behavior-driven, detail-obsessed, and fast to ship
- Adoption of WON's AI-native design systems, including Claude Design and Figma MCP, to move from concept to shippable work faster
- Automated asset creation built on our Figma component libraries, so variations and scale stop being manual work
- Contributing to the expansion of WON’s design agents and workflows, flagging what should be automated next
