Join Siemens Energy as a Project Manager within the Power Services Controls & Digitalization Business Unit, where you will take ownership of maintenance contracts and projects from execution through delivery. You will define project execution strategies, manage resources, oversee risk analysis, and ensure project objectives are achieved in line with contractual commitments and business targets. Working closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and service management, you will balance time, cost, quality, and performance while maintaining strong relationships across all project phases. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, capturing lessons learned, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.



This position offers the opportunity to become a trusted focal point for both internal and external stakeholders while contributing to automation and energy projects in a dynamic environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

- You will take responsibility for project Profit & Loss performance and define execution strategies, including resource planning and risk management, to achieve contract objectives.
- You will manage project execution activities, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure delivery targets related to schedule, cost, scope, and quality are met.
- You will identify and manage project risks and opportunities, while capturing and sharing lessons learned to strengthen organizational knowledge.
- You will establish project controlling indicators and provide transparent updates to stakeholders regarding project progress, contractual conditions, and project status.
- You will maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships, promote continuous contract improvement, and ensure compliance with safety standards, including Law 81/08.
