You will lead end-to-end MVDC converter design, topology selection, simulation, and hardware validation, collaborating with systems, controls and mechanical teams while mentoring engineers. xysqume
You should have a MSc/PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) and 5+ years in medium-voltage power electronics, focusing on MVDC architectures, high-voltage insulation and SiC/IGBT platforms.
