We are looking for a Lean Process Manager EU South. In your role you will report to the Cluster Operations Manager & Lean Process engineering Director and you will be part of Lean Process engineering department. You will be based in LU-VE S.p.A, Alonte (VI), Italy.

Mission of the role

To improve LUVE global productivity and competitiveness by involving our people in the implementation of Lean principles and methods, and by applying new technologies and automation, starting from manufacturing processes. The role will also coordinate the Lean Process Managers across LUVE’s plants in Italy, ensuring alignment, sharing of best practices and consistency in the deployment of Lean initiatives.

You will be in charge of
- Lean Strategy Development: Design and implement lean strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals, in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Use tools like value stream mapping, 5S, line balancing and Kaizen events.
- Time Measurement:



Ensure the standards at the best performing level, aligned to the best practices and benchmarking within the group.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor employees on lean principles, methodologies, and tools. Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Lead and manage lean projects from conception through to implementation. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of lean initiatives. Use data to make informed decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, supply chain, and engineering, to implement lean initiatives and improvements.
- Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and buy-in from all stakeholders.
