In this role you drive the country’s sales and marketing strategy with Hitachi Energy’s global and regional objectives. You’ll blend strategy, execution, and communication to support leadership with market insights, budgeting, and strategic planning. You’ll work across functions to align priorities, monitor market trends, and create executive materials. This position offers impact through shaping country-level initiatives and market positioning in a fast-paced energy context.

Responsabilità

- Define and deploy country sales and marketing strategy aligned with global/regional objectives
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement actions
- Coordinate country budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Develop and present market intelligence reports and pipeline status
- Create executive communications, business reviews,



and internal alignment materials
- Represent the company at industry events and customer interactions with integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategy execution
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Engineering or Economics or equivalent
- >3 years in commercial or technical roles in relevant energy sectors
- Good knowledge of English (written/spoken) and Italian (fluent)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build high-level personal and commercial relationships
