We collaborate with customers across Amazon worldwide to conceive, develop, prototype, and deploy intelligent robotic systems that push the boundaries of industrial automation. /p pWithin Amazon Robotics, the Global Operations - Artificial Intelligence (GO-AI) team enables Amazon to accelerate and scale the next generation of AI-powered robotic solutions. We're transforming how complex visual reasoning tasks are performed across Amazon's robotics operations, moving from traditional manual data annotation processes to state-of-the-art foundation model solutions. /p pAs a Business Intelligence Engineer on GO-AI's Technology Development Team, you'll work with cross-functional teams (Science, Software, Data, BIE) managing massive-scale, proprietary datasets to develop foundation models that achieve human-level performance on complex real-world tasks. Your work will directly impact millions of daily operations across Amazon's global fulfillment network. /p pThis is a rare opportunity to work with a team building AI systems that operate at Amazon scale while solving novel technical challenges in computer vision, natural language processing, and human-AI collaboration. You'll collaborate with world-class scientists, engineers,



and operations teams to deploy state-of-the-art research into production systems that deliver real-world impact at global scale. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport leadership decision-making by deep-diving into business hypotheses and anecdotes. /li liDesign and automate ETL pipelines for business metrics. /li liDesign insightful dashboards and reports for a senior leadership with a mixture of technical and non-technical backgrounds. /li liResearch the most appropriate methodologies for a given analytical problem. /li liContribute to key business documents. /li liCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business domains, requirements, and expectations. /li liWork with owners of data source systems to gain insights into capabilities and limitations. /li liManage the timeline and deliverables of projects, anticipate risks and resolve issues. /li liAdopt best practices in reporting: data integrity, test design, validation, and documentation. /li liHave knowledge of Generative AI solutions in this space to know when to apply what to solve business problems. /li liExcellence verbal and written communication skills.



/li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul li3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience /li li1+ years of SQL, ETL or Oracle experience /li li1+ years of processing large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources experience /li li1+ years of performing statistical analysis experience /li li1+ years of developing automated reporting experience /li liExperience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools /li liExperience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines /li liExperience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab /li liExperience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift /li liExperience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets /li liExperience working with cross-functional engineering teams developing artificial intelligence, machine learning, and/or robotic solutions /li /ul pOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
