pMilan, Italy /p pRome, Italy /p pFull time /p pR /p h3Global Site Activation Manager /h3 h3Homebased /h3 h3Job Overview /h3 pLead and manage the strategic, operational, and financial delivery of Site Activation activities across assigned studies and regions. This role is responsible for accelerating site activation to support timely patient enrollment, including Site Identification and Selection, Ethics and Regulatory submissions, and Site Contracting in line with sponsor and company requirements. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide strategic oversight and project management for global or multi-regional Site Activation activities. /li liLead start-up delivery (pre-award through activation) and lifecycle maintenance in compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and project timelines. /li liDevelop and execute the Site Activation Management Plan aligned with study strategy and scope of work. /li liCollaborate with internal teams, regions, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient study start-up execution. /li liOversee regulatory submissions, approvals, contracts, and essential document processes. /li liAssess regulatory landscapes and contribute to regulatory intelligence and strategy. /li liIdentify risks and propose practical solutions to support study delivery and bid processes. /li liEnsure accurate tracking, reporting, and maintenance of project systems, timelines, and documentation. /li liSupport business development, including bid defense and client engagement activities. /li liMentor and coach team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. /li liBuild and maintain strong client relationships and support customer-facing activities.

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or tempo parziale).
