pWithin the AM Competence Center, we are looking for a professional to support the Head of the bAM Competence Center /b in the following key responsibilities: /pulliUltimately support the Head of Group audit in the supervision of audit activities – with respect to the entire Audit Value chain - carried out in the Asset Manager delegated by the Group Insurance Companies and in other Group Asset Managers controlled by Generali Investments Holding or outside the perimeter of Generali Investments Holdings (i.e. Lion River); /liliWhere applicable, provide support ultimately to the Head of Group Audit for the execution of direct audit activities on the Group Asset Managers, in accordance with the audit rights established by the Investments Management Agreements and other agreements; /liliSupport the execution in terms of steering and coordination of Group thematic audit, involving Group Asset Managers; /liliProvide advises and analysis related to the Asset Management business; /liliPreparation of the periodical reporting on audit results and supervision activity. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMaster’s Degree in Business Administration/Accounting or Finance; /liliPrevious experience at least 10 years in internal or external audit, or other control functions, possibly in a financial institution (insurance company, asset management or banking); /liliKnowledge of corporate governance, regulatory environment, investments for insurance and asset management business; /liliTechnical knowledge of investments and asset management (including real estate and real assets in general), finance and internal control processes; /liliKnowledge and ability to evaluate and enhance internal control processes and capability of performing risk assessment and execute audits; /liliInternational mindset and availability to travel abroad; /liliGood knowledge of computer work and advanced command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point); /liliItalian and English working proficiency. /liliAnalytical,
precision in execution of the assigned tasks with presentation skills and ability both to write in a clear and concise manner and to manage time in an effective manner; /liliCommitment to continuous learning and willingness to keep up to date on new developments in the audit field; /liliComfortable to deal with and able to communicate effectively within the Audit Team and Auditees; /liliSelf-motivated and able to work independently; /liliIntegrity in performing the assigned tasks; /liliFlexibility to changes and capability of management simultaneous tasks; /liliTarget oriented especially in stressed condition; /liliHigh level of confidentiality considering the type and number of information collected during the audit activity. /li /ulh3Nice to have: /h3ulliAny other foreign languages (French / German); /liliExperience with forensic auditing and professional certification (CIA, CISA, CFE). /li /ulh3What we offer /h3pWe offer employment at the managerial level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement. /ppGross annual salary ranging between 57K€ and 70K€.
