Commercial account management and increase of customer satisfaction /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business or technology related field (e. g. Computer Science, Business Administration, etc.) /li /ulh3Required Skills /h3ulliMinimum of 6-10 years of experience. /liliMust have SAP domain experience. /liliExcellent presentation and communication skills in English, ability to switch communication styles for technical and non-technical audience with confidence, including management level at customer. /liliPeople with Lead experience who have customer interaction and client manangement are also acceptable /liliPro-active, problem solving, "can-do" attitude and “customer first” mind. /liliStrong engagement management, relationship building and de-escalation skills. /liliGood understanding of SAP's cloud business, especially private cloud offering. /liliGood understanding of SAP technical topic. /liliGood understanding of SAP HANA database. /liliCustomer facing working experience. /liliAccustomed to work in international environment. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
