Through effective leadership of production teams, coordination with cross-functional departments, and ongoing process optimization. We provide product solutions and options to customers in more than 120 countries. /p pA privately held, family-owned and operated company, Kemin has more than 3,000 global employees and operates in 90 countries, including manufacturing facilities in Belgium, Brazil, China, India, Italy, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, and the United States. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintaining a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance. /li liImproving OEE, throughput, yield, and overall manufacturing performance. /li liReducing waste, rework, and production losses. /li liEnsuring on-time delivery and service reliability. /li liDeveloping people and building a high-performing production organization. /li liSupporting cost management and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liEnsure employees are trained on equipment, SOP’s and other procedures. /li liEnsures the Master Sanitation Schedule and GMP practices are adhered to by the department. /li liCommunicate with all departments and necessary business units regarding production needs.



/li liEnsures the product meets established production standards /li liCoordination of production activities at two plants, located in Crema and Parma, respectively. /li liManagement and coordination of resources at the two production sites. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, or a strong technical background. /li liProfessional experience in the food and/or chemical-pharmaceutical industries. /li liExperience in production management within structured environments and in supervising and managing resources. /li liGood knowledge of English. /li liExcellent knowledge of equipment and how to use it, in accordance with production needs. /li liAbility to lead, train, and motivate staff, in accordance with the principles of servant leadership. /li liHigh degree of autonomy, a sense of responsibility, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. /li liAbility to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), apply logical reasoning, solve problems, and correctly handle mixtures, measurements, and weighings. /li liGood mechanical skills and advanced problem-solving abilities. /li liExcellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills. /li liPrecision and attention to detail, with the ability to inspect raw materials and finished products. /li liGood mathematical skills and the ability to accurately manage data and documentation. /li liAdvanced computer skills, including data entry and document management. /li /ul h3Job Offer Details /h3 pbContract: /b Permanent /p pbWorking hours: /b full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times. /p pbAnnual gross salary (RAL): /b 1 level CCNL Food Industry; Range RAL: 50,000-60,000 euro.bBenefits: /bMeal vouchers (€10) or canteen; Longevity Program; Health insurance (FASA); Company discounts. /p pbWork location: /b Parma (PR) /p pAll qualified candidates will be considered for the position without distinction of race, skin color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, or disability. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
