including initial public offerings, secondaryofferings, rights issues, private placements and other equity andequity-linked transactions. We also support listed companies ontheir ongoing regulatory and corporate governance obligations,including market disclosure requirements, shareholder meetings,corporate governance frameworks, related-party transactions andcompliance with applicable securities and market-abuse regulations.Alongside our equity capital markets capabilities, we assist clientsin navigating complex and evolving financial regulatory regimes,including licensing, compliance and supervisory matters.Who are we looking for? We are looking for an Associate tojoin the team, with a primary focus on equity capitalmarkets transactions and the regulation of listedcompanies. This role offers the opportunity to work oncomplex and high-profile matters, supporting clients through all stages:Key Responsibilities :Advising on equity capital marketstransactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings,
