Processes & Operations Client Service Intern

JOB PURPOSE
The Processes & Operations Client Service Intern provides constant information and data to Global Client Service Manager, supports Processes & Operations Client Service Analyst, analysis of client service KPIs, new projects and business trends. He/She analyses performances, client service level and sales results on a daily basis
RESPONSIBILITIES
REPORTING:
- Analysis of SLA and KPIs WW performances on daily, weekly and monthly base
- Analysis and reporting of multichannel sales
- Support on reconciliation of data and reports from different systems to improve database quality and to optimize the analysis

PROCESSES:
- Client Service processes mapping and optimization
- Procedures and features test release




- Competitive benchmarking for strategic Customer Service decisions

OTHER:
- Support IT in implementing and kicking off WW Client Service
- Testing new systems and programs and find out if there are any issue or improvement that can be made

SYSTEMS:
- Client Service platforms
- Order Management System
- Office Suite proficiency (mostly EXCEL and PPT)

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Good organizational and time management skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Good analytical skills
Excellent written and spoken communication skills both for English and Italian
