p The successful candidate will play a key role within the organization, overseeing production, quality, and procurement activities while ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, customer service excellence, and overall business profitability.
/p Operating in a highly customized manufacturing environment, the selected professional will work cross-functionally with different departments to ensure effective control and coordination of the entire operational and production value chain.
The Production Quality Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective performance of production, quality, and procurement processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
/pp Key responsibilities include:




Coordinating and supervising production, assembly, mechanical machining, and quality control activities. /lili Managing and developing a direct reporting team composed of:
Production Planning Manager;
Workshop Supervisor;
Purchasing Manager. /Ensuring achievement of KPIs related to productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and service performance. /lili Overseeing planning and procurement processes, ensuring the optimal balance between material availability, production capacity, and business requirements. /lili Collaborating with technical and commercial departments to manage customer projects and specific client requirements. /lili Supervising the company's Quality Management System, promoting preventive and corrective actions aimed at enhancing performance and customer satisfaction. /lili Identifying operational issues and implementing continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, efficiency enh
