team.blue hub in Italy is seeking a Marketing & Growth Strategist to define and execute the communication, engagement, and conversion strategy for the Hub from inside a small cross-functional squad.
You will own the full growth lifecycle across the Hub surface—from understanding user behaviour to designing notifications, in-product messaging, and experiments that drive activation, engagement, and long-term adoption. This is a hands-on IC role working with Product, Data and Engineering.
