HSPI S.p.A. is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join its Administration, Finance and Control team.

The successful candidate will have solid experience in general accounting, with a particular focus on accounts payable (AP) and periodic closing activities.

Priority will be given to applications from candidates belonging to protected categories under Italian Law 68/99.

Key responsibilities:

- Independently manage general accounting activities, with a particular focus on accounts payable (AP), ensuring the accurate recording and recognition of accounting transactions.

- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion;

- Prepare and monitor accounting reconciliations (receivables, payables, fixed assets, accruals and deferrals, intercompany transactions);

- Collaborate with the Controlling team and auditors to ensure compliance with accounting regulations and local and international accounting standards (Italian GAAP/OIC and IFRS);

- Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes by optimizing workflows, implementing new tools and supporting the digitalization of activities;

- Prepare accurate analyses and reporting to support management decision-making.

Required Technical Skills

- Solid experience in managing the full general accounting cycle, including accounts receivable and accounts payable;





- Ability to independently manage monthly and annual closing activities;

- Excellent knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC) and good knowledge of IFRS;

- Experience in accounting reconciliations and adjusting entries;

- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel;

- Knowledge of SAP;

- Ability to interact effectively with auditors and internal stakeholders;

- Good command of English.

HSPI offers a permanent employment contract under the CCNL Commercio, with an annual gross salary (RAL) ranging from €28.000 to €33.000.
