OverviewAs a Quantity Surveyor on international, on-site projects, you will oversee the economic and contractual management of quantities and progress. You will collaborate with planning, cost control, technical services, procurement and site teams to evaluate variations and set unit prices. You will produce and manage progress and final reports, supporting payment approvals. Your role includes reserve and subcontract administration, ensuring accurate cost tracking and timely project reporting. You help drive value and risk management for large-scale, complex infrastructure assignments.ResponsabilitàEconomically evaluate active contract variations and formulate new unit pricesCoordinate with planning, cost control, technical services, procurement and site engineers on variationsPrepare and review progress reports (SIL & SAL) and related accounting documentsManage reserve-related costs and quantify adverse-event expensesOversee subcontract progress and reporting,



in coordination with Contracts/Subcontracts ManagerMonitor progress of subcontracted work and maintain active/passive reservesSupport subcontract administration and ensure timely payment processingRequisiti fondamentali5–7 years' experience in construction or similar sectors on large, complex projectsAdvanced English (spoken and written)Ability to read and interpret complex contracts, drawings, price lists and technical specificationsDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related fieldCertifications in safety or project management are a plusstrong teamwork orientationability to coordinate multidisciplinary teamsresilience under pressureeconomic evaluation of contract variationsunit price formulationcontract interpretation
