Who we arePrivate Bank (PB), operating through two distinct business units of Private Bank Germany (PBG) and the International Private Bank (IPB), covers private, wealth and commercial clients across more than 60 countries.What You’ll Be DoingMaintain high standards of software quality within the team by following good practices and habitsDevelop, test and document Java-based software components in accordance with requirementsContribute to all stages of software development lifecycleIdentify and resolve any technical issue arisingWrite unit tests for robustness, edge cases and general reliabilityParticipate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related codeCreate design documentationPlan and support releaseSupport QA team to provide high qualityWork in a scaled Agile working environmentBe part of a global and diverse teamWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fieldAt least 4y+ of experience in working with Java, Spring, Quarkus (nice to have)Good understanding of RESTKnowledge & experience with Spring Security, JWT, OAuthKnowledge of certificates, digital signature, and encryption algorithmsGood understanding of design patterns, awareness/understanding of SOLID principlesKnowledge of Data structures/CollectionsUnderstanding of microservices architecture; Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL)Experience with Cloud providers/infrastructure (GCP)Experience with Adobe Experience Manager would be a plusWhat’s in it for youNew beginnings can be a challenge.
