Senior IT Consultant (Teaching & Learning) Azienda : Singapore Institute Of Technology Tipo Lavoro : Tempo pieno Italy This role is responsible for leading the development, implementation, support, maintenance, and enhancement of Teaching and Learning (T&L;) technologies to strengthen the University's educational capabilities. The Senior IT Consultant will ensure that related application services remain reliable, effective, and aligned with the University's operational and business needs. Working closely with stakeholders, this role will gather and analyze business requirements, identify operational challenges, and deliver innovative digital solutions that support the University's strategic objectives. This role will also collaborate with in-house, outsourced, and co-sourced development teams to drive the successful delivery, adoption, and continous enhancement of T&L; solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse, define,
and translate business needs into effective technology solutions that support the University's teaching and learning objectives Engage and collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to gather business requirement, facilitate system requirement meetings for product roadmaps and operational issues Research, plan, collaborate and implement effective technology to enhance teaching and learning experience for faculty Work closely with learning designers to evaluate new teaching and learning tools Administer, maintain and support the University's Learning Management System (LMS) including its integration with other enterprise systems Manage vendors to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget and meet quality expectations Ensure developers and vendors perform works that comply with the University's IT policies, governance standards, guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Identify and track issues and obstacles facing assigned projects and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery Job Requirements
