Location: Milano, ITApplication Specialist (PACS / RIS / VNA)Date: Oct 1, 2026Location: Sesto San Giovanni (Milano), Italy.Hybrid working with travel up to 80% of the time to clients in Italy.As a Applications Specialist you are responsible for:Work at the customer site to conduct workflow analysisConfiguration of applications on and off-siteAnalyses and troubleshooting of implemented solutionsDriving good customer Administration practices within IT and the Imaging departmentYou are responsible for the on-site implementation of RIS PACS products at customer sites as part of project deployments, in collaboration with the implementation team assigned to the project.Based on your in-depth knowledge of the application and the customer's workflow, you will contribute to the optimization of the installation.You assist in the start-up phase and provide the customer with the necessary advice and documentation.Deliver training to the PACS/RIS administrators, Radiographers, Clinicians, Radiologists and support personnel both on and off-site.You support the "Train the Trainer" activities of the key users.You assist in the development of application-specific training and documentation.. You analyze user feedback and communicate relevant information to the appropriate internal stakeholdersYou provide the necessary input and follow-up of application-related incidents.Complete all documentation and site visit reports in coordination with the Project Manager.You support our Sales department in conducting customer demonstrations (also during trade fairs).You provide feedback on your project activities to the Project Manager.What you bring to the tableYou have a bachelor’s degree, in Medical Radiologic Impaging and Radiotherapy Techniques or you are a trained Radiographer with PACS/RIS Administrative experience in a clinical settingOpen to travel up to 80% of the time to clients in Italy1 to 3 years of experience within the healthcare sector, including medical imaging and hospital workflows, with a strong focus on radiology environments and processesExcellent knowledge of hospital workflows / clinical environmentExperience providing application support to clients with complex software environments within healthcare (medical imaging, radiology) is a plusPACS / RIS System experience is a plusAGFA HealthCare systems experience is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focusPositive attitude, proactive, self-starter, both action and results orientedWell-developed analytical, diagnostic and problem resolution skillsA strong team player, maintaining a high level of quality in a challenging environmentContinuous learning orientation; keeping aware of new and emerging technologiesCompensation: Salary range (depending of level of experience) 30k – 35k euros + 10% bonusWe offer a rewarding career in a field that impacts lives, the opportunity to work with a talented and committed team of individuals, training and career development programs, and a competitive compensation and benefits package.
