Join our dedicated Customer Service team
Location: Milan (Hybrid - at least 3 days/week on-site)
Responsibilities
- Manage returns (RGAs, complaints) with global CS & QA teams
- Coordinate product returns with European warehouse
- Handle inquiries & ensure timely follow up
- Prepare sales reports upon request
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a recent graduate in the field
- Ability to multitask & prioritize
- Detail-oriented & responsive
- Experience in high-tech, pharma or medical device industry
- Knowledge of SAP ERP
- Experience supporting direct sales organizations
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
