ph3Business Analyst Senior /h3pBusiness Analyst Senior is seeking a Business Analyst Senior at CRIF, a prestigious and innovative international group specializing in informational solutions, decision models, outsourcing, software, and consulting services to support banks, financial companies, insurance companies, utilities, and telecommunications companies. /ph3Main responsibilities: /h3ulliDefining, evolving and driving the success of the product, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business strategy and market opportunities /liliAnalyzing production data to monitor service usage and adherence to agreed roadmaps, proactively identifying behaviours not aligned with expectations and potential opportunities for expansion. /liliEnsuring continuous alignment with active clients, reference markets and internal stakeholders, gathering and translating feedback into functional requirements and product enhancements. /liliDriving the ongoing evolution of the analytical component, monitoring competitors to ensure an innovative yet sustainable approach over time. /liliSupporting pre-sales activities, managing all analytics-related aspects such as RFP/RFI responses, contributions to contract drafting, and participation in pre-sales meetings. /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulliDegree in scientific (engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics, …) or economic subjects or equivalent professional experience. /lili4 to 7 years of professional experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or related disciplines, with a strong focus on digital products and services. /liliUnderstanding of software architectures, APIs and integration flows,
enabling effective collaboration with product and technical teams /liliGood knowledge of creditworthiness assessment processes (origination, behavioural indicators, Early Warning). /liliAbility to query and analyse data using Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, AWS QuickSight*) and basic SQL/Python for checks and drill-down investigations. /liliA data-driven and analytical mindset, combined with excellent communication skills. /liliDemonstrated experience in shaping and executing product roadmaps, translating market opportunities, customer feedback and business objectives into prioritized requirements and impactful product initiatives. /liliProven ability to evaluate and prioritise requirements, effectively balancing market opportunities, customer expectations and technical constraints. /liliStrong interest in continuous innovation, with the ability to propose methodological solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability and long term sustainability of the product. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including in cross functional contexts. /liliGood organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. /liliKnowledge of the Italian language at a mother tongue level.
