Since 1934, it has promoted the values of Made in Italy excellence through its artisanal know-how, creating sartorial masterpieces of extraordinary fit and comfort in a perfect balance of elements that blends culture and history with style and taste. /p h3Job Responsability /h3 pbDynamics 365 Migration Project /b /p ul liParticipation in gathering and formalizing requirements with business functions; reconstruction of as-is processes and definition of the to-be model on D365. /li liFit-gap analysis against D365 standard functionality and evaluation of the choice between standard solutions and customization, including the related impact on costs and maintainability. /li liDaily liaison with the system integrator: review of functional analyses, verification of estimates, reasoned challenge of solutions inconsistent with the process. /li liReview of Functional Design Documents and process documentation. /li liSetup and execution of functional testing and User Acceptance Testing; support for the migration of master data and transactional data. /li liKey user training, support during go-live, and oversight of the stabilization phase. /li /ul pbCurrent Application Support (AX 2012) /b /p ul liSecond-level support for corporate, plant, and store users; taking ownership of, analyzing, and resolving reported issues. /li liOrdinary and evolutionary maintenance: analysis of change requests, specifications for developers, release verification. /li liOversight of integrations with connected systems and consistency checks on data flows between applications. /li liManagement of change requests across the DEV / TEST / UAT / PROD environments. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years as an ERP functional analyst/consultant, focus on Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing (consulting, system integrator, or in-house). /li liHands-on knowledge of D365 FO (or AX) across PIM,
Inventory, Warehouse, Procurement, Production Control, Master Planning, and Sales and Marketing modules. /li liAbility to run fit-gap analyses and draft Functional Design Documents. /li liUnderstanding of the accounting impact of logistics/production transactions (inventory valuation, cost accounting, order-receipt-invoice reconciliation). /li liExperience on at least one ERP implementation/upgrade project, from analysis to go-live. /li liExperience in multi-company, multi-country environments (group of ~20 companies, Italian and international). /li liWillingness to support the AX 2012 system during its maintenance phase. /li liGood written and spoken English. /li liWillingness to work in a lean IT structure, in direct contact with the business, including operational user support. /li /ul h3What do we offer /h3 ul liStarting gross annual salary of €40,000, in line with the classification provided by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Textile and Clothing sector (CCNL Tessile-Abbigliamento) for "impiegato" employees.
