pbRole: /b Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Coordinator /p pbEmployment Type: /b Fixed-Term Employee or Contractor /p pbStart Date: /b ASAP /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced bMES Coordinator /b to support the implementation, deployment, and ongoing operation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). /p pActing as the key link between site operations, IT, Global MES teams, vendors, and implementation partners, you will coordinate MES activities across the full lifecycle—from project delivery and site readiness through go-live, hyper care, and steady-state support. This role is ideal for someone with strong manufacturing systems experience who can bridge business and technical teams while ensuring MES supports efficient and compliant shopfloor operations. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliAct as the primary site coordinator for MES implementation and support activities. /liliPartner with Operations, Quality, MSAT, Validation, IT, Global MES teams, vendors, and offshore delivery teams to ensure project success. /liliCoordinate requirements gathering, testing, training, go-live activities, hypercare, and support transitions. /liliTrack and manage site-level risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and readiness activities. /liliSupport business process alignment and ensure local requirements are effectively incorporated into MES solutions. /liliCoordinate site readiness, including infrastructure, user access, interfaces, shopfloor devices, printers, scanners, and connectivity. /liliFacilitate issue resolution, escalation management, and ongoing operational support. /liliSupport the creation and maintenance of SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and support documentation.
/liliDrive continuous improvement, change management, and adoption of MES best practices across the site. /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 ulliDegree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. /liliExperience supporting MES implementations or manufacturing IT projects within a regulated manufacturing environment. /liliStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, shopfloor operations, and MES platforms. /liliExperience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and technical delivery partners. /liliKnowledge of MES integrations, user access management, infrastructure, and operational support processes. /liliAbility to translate business requirements into practical MES solutions and drive process improvements. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ulliExperience with bRockwell MES /b (highly desirable). /liliExposure to bWerum PAS-X, Siemens OpsCenter /b, or similar bMES platforms /b. /liliUnderstanding of MES integrations with ERP, LIMS, automation systems, barcode solutions, and manufacturing devices. /liliExperience working within pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing environments. /liliKnowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) and compliance requirements. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ulliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliStrong project coordination and organisational ability. /liliA proactive problem solver who can remove roadblocks and maintain momentum. /liliAbility to work effectively across business, technical, and offshore teams. /liliFocus on operational excellence, user support, and continuous improvement. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
