To strengthen our team, we are looking for a HR Supervisor in our plant in Yambol. Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily HR Operations activities, including Recruitment, HR Administration, Employee Relations, and Employee Services. Supervise and develop the HR Operations team, ensuring effective workload distribution, performance, and service delivery. Oversee blue-collar recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning,



and employee development activities to support business needs. Ensure compliance of HR processes with labor legislation, company policies, internal procedures, and GDPR requirements.
Manage employment documentation, personnel records, organizational changes, and employee lifecycle administration. Support employee relations matters, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and organizational change initiatives. Monitor HR KPIs and operational performance, driving continuous improvement and process standardization. Ensure accurate HR reporting, document control, audit readiness, and compliance with quality standards.
Coordinate communication with external authorities and support inspections, audits, and compliance reviews. Promote employee engagement, operational excellence, and adherence to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards. Support HR projects and act as a deputy for the HR Operations Manager when require
