Overview In this role you support the evolution of administration, accounting and control for major Italian banks. You join a growing Finance Transformation team to drive process efficiency and reengineering, using technology as a change catalyst. You'll contribute ideas and collaborate with a cross‐functional network to shape impactful financial operations. Responsabilità
Contribute to the evolution of administrative, accounting and control processes for banking clients
Lead efficiency initiatives and business process reengineering in financial areas
Leverage technology to enable change and improve outcomes
Propose innovative ideas within an expanding, cross‐functional team
Manage junior resources and collaborate with senior colleagues
Requisiti fondamentali




~4/5 years of experience in Financial Services
~ Laurea in discipline economiche
~ Competence in administration, accounting and budget processes
~ Advanced knowledge of EPM applications (e.g., CCH Tagetik)
~ Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMI, Agile/Scrum)
~ Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad
~ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
~ Strong relational and communication skills
~ Curiosity, flexibility and initiative; team orientation
~ Proficiency in written and spoken English
