As Product Manager for Snacking & Chocolate, you own the product portfolio from concept to market launch and optimization. You will align consumer insights, market trends, and business goals to drive sustainable growth and profitability. You'll lead cross-functional innovation and manage launches, while monitoring performance and making recommendations. This role sits at the heart of category development within an international, family-owned company that values growth and hands-on collaboration.

Responsabilità
- Own and develop the product portfolio with category, assortment, pricing and positioning strategies to drive growth
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions




- Lead cross-functional innovation and new product development projects from ideation to launch
- Monitor portfolio performance via sales, market and profitability analyses and recommend actions
- Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D;, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to enable successful launches
- Support business planning, product governance and operational excellence through project coordination and stakeholder management

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Product or Category Management within FMCG
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, innovation and commercial drivers
- Analytical mindset
