Overview
As a Key Account Manager for Utilities and Renewables, you will drive growth by managing and expanding strategic accounts in Italy within the utilities and renewables sectors. You will build trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers, orchestrate multi-stakeholder deals, and align Eaton's energy distribution portfolio with customer objectives. You will lead demand generation, tailor value propositions, and support long-term strategies across regions. This role offers the chance to shape Eaton's presence in major electrical projects and energy transition initiatives.
Responsabilità
- Develop and nurture strategic accounts in Utilities and Renewables to maximize cross-sell of Eaton products and services
- Lead customer-facing activities and build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Define account plans and mid-long term development strategies aligned with Eaton's goals
- Coordinate ecosystem engagement with system integrators, panel builders, and contractors




- Create and present technical and commercial proposals; support public tenders and MVPD product approvals
- Drive demand generation through target specifiers, consultants, and major electrical projects
- Prepare product presentations, training, and promotions with marketing support
- Build and maintain market/competitor insights and support regional trade fairs
- Record pipeline, forecasts, and key metrics in CRM; report regularly on market and performance
- Collaborate with internal functions to ensure seamless customer support and project execution

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's Degree in Electrical, Energy or Mechanical Engineering
- 4-6 years in energy industry with sales/business development or strategic/technical client-facing experience
- Experience with distributions systems operators or renewables is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Energy/Power Distribution products and solutions (MV primary/secondary switchgear, transformers, LV equipment, energy stor
