Objective is to enable North Arican commercial, sales to WIN IN THE MARKET based on Food Safety & Quality, by ensuring product portfolio that are marketed by sales and commercial team. Ensuring adequate customer quality communication/support for effective follow-up to reduce complaints for brands & SKU’s, Compliance of warehouse’s, co-packers, transportation companies, promotional objects, etc, ensuring adequate response to complaints and issues in line with RFC CM procedure. Work under guidance of QA manager CSC GNA and KSA to implement QA polices within CSC, sales, WH and EM in KSA.

Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree/Bachelors, preferably in Food Science or relevant field
- Experience (min. 5 years) in QA.
- Preferably knowledge of the dairy products including cheese and production processes




- Experience in working in multi-functional groups and matrix organization.
- Well-developed Analytical especially statistical control Skills to proactive assessment of issues and managing the complaints.
- Good Communication and clear decision-making capabilities.
- Change Management and ability to act in diverse cultures and in an international setting with adaptability to work throughout all organizational layers.

Job Responsibilities:

Implements local & regional Q procedures relevant for FU (a.o. crisis management, complaint management, HACCP warehouse & transport, store audits),

Communication and train on Food Safety, Quality standards and product handling with commercial, customers and sales teams: Bridge between Make QA, RA and sales. Also support commercial and RA in managing regulatory concerns relevant to product.
