We're looking for a Senior Configuration Control Specialist with strong technical, research, and analytical skills and a track record of driving the right things forward, fast. You'll work alongside engineers and cross-functional teams across Program, Engineering (HW/SW), Manufacturing, Quality, Product Support, and Operations to build robust configuration management across this ecosystem. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 h3What You'll Do /h3 ulliIdentify gaps in configuration management and propose solutions quickly /liliInterface across a broad range of technical areas to enable consistent CM practices /liliOperate with autonomy in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ulliBreadth across engineering disciplines with depth in select areas /liliPractical experience managing configuration of complex systems /liliComfort working in cross-functional, highly technical teams /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ulliOwn and execute the change management lifecycle, from intake and impact evaluation through approval (including Change Control Board facilitation) and implementation tracking /liliCoordinate change integration activities, tracking design changes from approval through physical implementation into the product /liliManage configuration status accounting, product baselines, and product lifecycle data releases /liliProcess owner for system configuration (drone, site, and software)

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
