You scout opportunities, analyze complex bids, and formulate winning strategies. By leading cross-functional alignment across Market Access, Commercial, Legal, Finance, Medical, and Supply Chain, you ensure fully compliant proposals. You manage the tender calendar, pipeline, and KPI dashboards—tracking win rates and regional performance—to enable data-driven decisions.



You lead negotiations with contracting authorities, monitor updates to the Public Procurement Code, and translate regulatory changes into actionable guidance. Moreover, you spearhead the internalization and optimization of tender operations, leading and developing your team to elevate standards and maximize efficiency. /p h3Who You Are /h3 ul liDegree in Science, Economics, Supply Chain, or Law (Procurement context preferred). /li li8+ years in pharma, with 3-5 years managing complex hospital tenders. /li liDeep expertise in the National Health System and Public Procurement Code. /li liProven team leader skilled at setting goals and developing professional talent. /li liAnalytical thinker capable of managing KPI dashboards and competitor insight. /li liProactive negotiator with strong cross-functional stakeholder skills. /li /ul h3Salary Package /h3 ul liAnnual Base Salary (RAL): €70.000 – €90.000 /li liCategoria CCNL: A /li liVariable Compensation (AIP) /li liWelfare and Benefits Package /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pWe are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
