Rocco Robusto Hotels in Rome is seeking a Regional Director of Group Sales to lead Proactive Group Sales and Group & Event Sales across Northern and Southern Italy. You will define and execute regional strategy to maximise revenue, market share and profitability, while growing strategic accounts and guiding a high-performing team.
Candidates should have 5+ years in luxury hospitality sales leadership, fluent English, and willingness to travel across Italy.
