Your mission

Ciao a tutti e benvenuti nel team Sungrow Italia BeingField Service Engineer (FSE) inViterbo (Lazio) is an exciting task since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what do not hesitate to directly speak with them as if they would setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these are your most important tasks:
- Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.
- Support resources dispatched onsite by RFM during commissioning and on site services.
- Support the RFM/PjM during commissioning and site acceptance services.
- Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.
- Perform all on site installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities.
- Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.




- Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations.
- Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements
- Support Europe Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities
- Support resources dispatched onsite (FSE and SP) by RFM during commissioning and on site services
- Participate in the claim management and RMA process
- Taking care of service tools by ensuring an appropriate calibration process
- Take over randomly on call duties, partly on weekends and nights.
