Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking fora passionate individual who is eager to make an impact in the sports industry and thrive in a dynamic team environment as a Receptionist (m/f/d)100% - one-year fixed-term contract - Salary range € 26.000 - 28.000

Your main tasks
- Ensuring professional service at the reception desk
- Answering all incoming phone calls at switchboard
- Receiving all visitors at the front desk and informing requested colleagues
- Preparation & Mantaining of meeting rooms
- Handling the inbox as well as outgoing mail including delivery service
Your profile
- 1 - 3 years experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail
- Confidentiality
- Experience in all Microsoft applications incl. Power Point and Excel
- Advanced knowledge of English
