Dialogo is building AI agents that do more than answer questions — they execute real work across the software businesses already use.
Our platform combines AI agents, integrations, workflow orchestration, browser automation, enterprise knowledge, permissions, approvals and auditability so companies can automate operational processes without rebuilding the underlying infrastructure from scratch.
We already have a working product, paying customers, active commercial conversations and technology built for real-world enterprise use.
The technical side is covered.
What we are looking for now is the right commercial co-founder to help turn the technology into a strong company in Italy and, over time, across Europe.
The RoleWe are looking for a Commercial / GTM Co-Founder who can take ownership of Dialogo's commercial growth in Italy.
This is not primarily a marketing role.
We need someone who can sit with a CEO, COO, CIO, business unit leader or entrepreneur, understand where AI can create measurable value, position Dialogo clearly and move the conversation from interest to pilot,



partnership and revenue.
You would become one of the main external faces of Dialogo in the Italian market and work directly alongside the technical founder.
Your responsibilities would include:
• Building and owning Dialogo's go-to-market strategy for Italy.
• Opening relationships with Italian SMEs, corporates and strategic partners.
• Running discovery meetings, commercial presentations and negotiations in Italian.
• Turning qualified opportunities into pilots and paying customers.
• Developing partnerships with system integrators, consultancies, technology companies and other distribution channels.
• Identifying the industries and use cases where Dialogo can win fastest.
• Refining positioning, pricing and commercial offers based on real customer conversations.
• Representing Dialogo at events, startup ecosystems, industry associations and business communities.
