The Position
As Integrated Strategy Leader (ISL), you will report to the Integrated Portfolio Strategy Head of Roche Pharma Italy, leading a cross-functional team to set the local strategy for the assigned portfolio and ensure its execution.

What Will You Do?
• Strategic Vision: Set the overarching vision for your product/solution portfolio, acting as the primary strategist for the Disease Area (DA) and the single point of contact for the Leadership Team.
• Squad Leadership: Build, lead, and evolve a cross-functional Squad without direct line authority. You will define DA outcomes, facilitate continuous improvement,



and co-create integrated strategies that drive both commercial and patient value.
• VACC Leadership (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach): Coach individual Squad members and the broader organisation to develop their own leadership behaviors, inspiring them to achieve their ongoing career development goals while championing diversity and inclusion.
• Business and P&L; Impact: Maintain up-to-date revenue and volume forecasting, direct strategic investments, and define initiatives that support short- and long-term outcomes.
• Ecosystem Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with the Global Product Strategy (GPS) community, Pharma International (PI), and key affiliates. You will act as the direct interface to global forums to align and execute high-impact work packages.
