Overview
vivo is looking for a Finance Specialist to support the daily finance and accounting activities of our office in Milan.
In this role, you will support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, review invoices and expense documentation, and assist with month-end closing, financial reporting and data reconciliation.
You will work with colleagues across the business to help maintain accurate financial records and support efficient finance operations.
The ideal candidate has a foundation in finance or accounting, good Excel skills and strong attention to detail. This position is suitable for a recent graduate or someone with up to two years of relevant experience who is eager to learn and develop within an international technology company.
Job Responsibilities
1. Daily Finance Operations & Documentation
• Support daily accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities.
• Review invoices, expense claims and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organised financial records and documentation in line with internal procedures.
2. Month-End Closing & Reconciliation
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including the preparation and reconciliation of relevant financial data.
