As An HR Manager You Will
• Execute a high-volume pre-opening recruitment strategy for all operational teams
• Manage all labor relations, ensuring strict adherence to Italian labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements (CCNL Turismo), work permits and employment contracts.
• Manage payroll inputs, employee records, attendance systems and HR administration in compliance with Italian local laws.
• Organize staff accommodation, onboarding, welfare and daily employee well-being initiatives.
• Implement Andronis training programs (hard & soft skills) and performance evaluation frameworks.
• Act as a trusted mediator between management and team mem
