We are looking for a passionate and curious HR Intern from January 2027 ready to actively contribute to building an engaging, inspiring, and people-centered workplace. The candidate must be enrolled in a University and undertaking a curricular internship as part of their studies

What You Will Really Do
You won’t just support — you will be part of the HR team.




Employee Engagement
• Contribute to designing and delivering employee engagement & well being initiatives
• Support internal events, communication, and team-building activities
• Help give a voice to our people, gathering feedback and enhancing workplace experience
• To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
• To project at all times a positive and motivated attitude and a calm demeanour.

Recruitment & Employer Branding
• Be involved in the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews)
• Collaborate with international schools and universities
• Support the development of our employer brand and talent attraction strategy

Onboarding & Training
• Help create an outstanding onboarding experience for new joiners
• Support the organization of training programs and development initiatives
• Gain insight into how we grow and develop talent

HR Operations & Projects
• Support HR
