Role Description This remote internship role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Smoves involves supporting the sales pipeline and marketing initiatives across digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach to potential customers, responding to inquiries, and providing clear information about Smoves’ services. The specialist will assist with creating and updating sales materials, tracking leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns, gathering customer feedback, and participating in virtual training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. This is an internship position designed to provide hands-on experience and mentorship in sales and marketing within a flexible remote environment.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with diverse audiences.
• Customer Service skills with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and problem-solving.
• Sales skills,



including lead generation, follow-up, and basic negotiation.
• Training and Sales Management interests or foundational skills, such as supporting onboarding and organizing sales activities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Comfort using digital tools (email, video conferencing, CRM or spreadsheets) to support sales and marketing tasks.
• Analytical mindset with basic data interpretation skills to track performance and report on campaign or outreach results.
• Enrollment in or completion of studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and interest in building a career in sales and marketing.
• Profinciency in Italian, English knowledge
