Oracle ERP Finance Functional Consultant
Location: Milan Italy (5 Days Onsite)
Positions: Permanent/Contract

Languages: English and Italian

Role Overview
• We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Oracle Finance and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) to support ERP implementation, transformation, migration, and business process initiatives in Italy.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Finance business processes, hands-on experience in Oracle ERP implementations and migrations, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders in Italy.
• This is a highly business-facing functional role. The consultant will be responsible for engaging with Finance and business users, understanding and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, driving solution discussions, obtaining business approvals,



and translating business needs into Oracle ERP functional solutions.
• The candidate should be comfortable working independently with Italian business stakeholders and collaborating with global IT, functional, technical, and implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Engagement & Requirements
• Act as the primary functional point of contact for Finance and PPM business stakeholders in Italy.
• Conduct workshops and discussions with business users to understand current processes, pain points, requirements, and future-state needs.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle ERP functional solutions.
• Challenge existing processes where appropriate and recommend Oracle-standard or optimized business processes.
• Facilitate discussions between business stakeholders and technical/IT teams.
