Job Description
THE ROLE
To strengthen its Calculation Agent team, IQ-EQ is seeking in Italy a Calculation Agent Analyst to support the analysis and reporting of securitization transactions.





Core Responsibilities
• Prepare and issue Payment Reports, Investor Reports, ESMA Reports, and all other reporting required under the agreements governing securitisation transactions.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the assigned securitisation transactions, managing day-to-day activities related to the Calculation Agent role and proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues.
• Review transaction documentation, focusing on provisions relevant to the Calculation Agent, and discuss comments or amendments with transaction counterparties and external legal advisors.
• Design and develop reporting templates in accordance with transaction documentation, including (but not limited to) Payment Reports and Investor Reports.
• Support the Master Servicer in preparing the periodic Servicer Reports, providing the Calculation Agent's contribution on the performance of the managed securiti
